Barbara comes to LaL with over 20 years’ experience leading change in a diverse array of organizations, including Levi Strauss & Co., United Way and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Barbara has held leadership roles in workforce development and training, client engagement, marketing and business development. She developed expertise in navigating organizational and team challenges effectively and supporting others through transitions. Helping leaders bring their best selves to all situations and supporting organizations in creating fulfilling and productive environments is an honor and inspiration for Barbara.
She is a graduate of New York University Stern School of Business and of the Coaches Training Institute. Barbara lives in San Francisco and loves spending her spare time discovering new local food spots, traveling, practicing yoga and taking long walks with her dog, Kailee.
