Carole has a passion for empowering leaders to grow to their next level. With more than 20 years in the field, Carole has supported countless executives, teams and organizations in fostering trust and authentic collaboration. Her clients span across industries, including private sector companies such as Capital One, M&T Bank, TransUnion, Harting and EnPro, as well as public sector agencies, non-profits and academic institutions like the Edna McConnell Clark Foundation, the Heron Foundation, The Bridgespan Group, Harlem Children Zone and the Harvard Business School.

An avid cartoonist with a unique combination of wit and depth, Carole loves exploring the foibles of the human ego on her popular blog. She also published a humorous illustrated book, The Bumpy Road to Collaboration (paperback, Kindle, iBook).

Carole is a faculty member and co-facilitator of the Women’s Leadership Development Program for Encore Capital Group, co-facilitator at Leading Women Executive and a regular participant of the Gender and Work Symposium at Harvard Business School. Needless to say, Carole has an intimate understanding of diversity issues and, in particular, women-specific challenges in the workplace.

Carole grew up in Paris, France, and moved to San Francisco in 2001. She holds a master’s degree in classical literature from the University Paris Sorbonne. She also studied group facilitation and conflict resolution at the University of Tours in France and is certified as an ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach. When she is not exploring a new domain of study, Carole enjoys long walks in Marin, as well as time with her daughter and husband.
