Feedback Specialist
Chelsea is a qualitative researcher and scholar of qualitative methods who joined the LaL team as a Feedback Specialist in 2021. After working in higher education administration for 8 years, she is currently a full-time PhD student at The Ohio State University, where she focuses her scholarship on trauma in postsecondary settings. She also regularly consults with organizations across the country on topics related to trauma-informed practices, LGBTQ+ inclusion, leadership, equity, and justice.
Chelsea studied sociology as an undergraduate student at the University of Georgia and holds a master’s degree in Higher Education and Community Engagement from Merrimack College. In her work as a Feedback Specialist, she draws from a broad range of experiences as a facilitator, team leader, and researcher while remaining grounded and guided by her values of curiosity and compassion. In her free time, she loves taking her two rescue dogs on outdoor adventures in and around Columbus, Ohio.
