Feedback Specialist
Claudia brings over two decades of experience as a creative team leader and manager to her role as 360º Feedback Specialist.
Her background is in film and media production where she has worked in product marketing and workflow development for companies including Warner Brothers, Dreamworks, and Turner Entertainment. She has a long history bringing people, technology, and creativity together to form successful teams, and she believes the best way to create a healthy and productive work environment is to enable the individual as well as the team to thrive.
Claudia has an Integral MBA in Creative Enterprises from Meridian University, a program with a strong emphasis on leadership and human development for social change. She lives with her husband and two cats on a small ranch in Sonoma County. She teaches Kundalini Yoga and meditation, enjoys dance and the arts, and loves living in nature.
