Feedback Specialist
Elayne joined LaL as a 360º Feedback Specialist in 2021. A certified executive coach and leadership development professional, Elayne is passionate about helping leaders consistently bring their best self to the forefront. She has designed and facilitated programs for senior executives in government agencies and Fortune 500 companies, and also organizes and conducts community based roundtables bringing new and more experienced managers together in experiential learning events.
An innovator by nature, Elayne previously held senior management positions in the publishing and financial services industries and has consulted to numerous domestic and international organizations. She holds an MBA in Finance from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. In her free time, Elayne volunteers as an executive coach to students in the College of Charleston MBA program. Her hobbies include designing environmentally friendly gardens and metalsmithing.
