Elizabeth has been the Director of Administration for Learning as Leadership since 2005. Her day to day responsibilities include managing the administrative team, IT and finance staff, providing Human Resource support and coordinating of LaL’s on-site training programs. Elizabeth previously worked at a non-profit financial counseling agency in Chicago where she provided educational training, consulting and counseling services to the community.
Elizabeth is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA). Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Lake Forest College in 2002. She is completed her Certificate in Human Resource Management in 2010 from the University of California, Berkeley Extension.
