Francis

Feedback Specialist

To his role as a 360º Feedback Specialist, Francis brings experience as a consultant in the social sector, where he has supported dozens of individuals and organizations to name, clarify, and act upon their visions for change, and to better understand their impact. Over the course of that work, he has conducted hundreds of interviews in many different contexts, and has grown his passion for listening deeply, building trust, and honoring the voices of individuals on the things that matter to them most. An experienced facilitator and coach, Francis has seen the power of feedback, trust and open communication to drive personal and organizational transformation.

Francis holds a bachelor’s degree in social studies from Harvard University, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). He is a member of the International Coach Federation as well as the American Evaluation Association, and is a volunteer coach through the Humanitarian Coaching Network. He also sits on the Board of Directors for YES Nature to Neighborhoods, a nature-based leadership and wellness organization serving youth and families in the community where he grew up. Outside of work, Francis can be found spending time with family and community, traveling, and enjoying a range of more introverted pastimes, such as befriending elderly horses, capturing new perspectives with his camera, and drawing joy and inspiration from children’s picture books.
