As a 360° Feedback Specialist, Joyce combines her early experience as a cross-functional manager in Fortune 500 companies with decades as an in-depth research interviewer and focus group moderator. Joyce’s belief in each individual’s potential to be a powerful positive force informs and inspires her work as a feedback specialist.
Joyce earned a bachelor’s degree in cultural geography from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Columbia University. An enthusiastic student of ballet, modern dance, and tennis, Joyce also enjoys coaching youth competitive gymnasts and hosting lively dinner parties.
