Kelly is a LaL Executive Coach and Facilitator with a 15+ year career as a sales and marketing leader with Fortune 100 companies. She is dedicated to supporting clients connect with their passion, build on their strengths, make meaningful progress on their Areas for Improvement and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Prior to joining LaL, Kelly ran her own coaching and consulting business in Seattle, the joy blueprint, while also managing a real estate investment firm with over $25m in net sales. Kelly has worked with over 250 clients from companies like Microsoft, Google, Starbucks, Nordstrom and University of Washington, to create meaningful change in their careers, relationships and overall health and happiness.
Her previous career in marketing and sales included Amazon, where she managed the Kindle Fire newsstand launch, Adidas, Converse and Nike where she managed both sales and product marketing for national accounts and international product lines of over $350m. Kelly’s varied work experience and education affords her a dynamic perspective and appreciation for the unique challenges of each client.
Kelly holds an MBA from University of Oregon, a B.S. in multinational business from Florida State University and Advanced Coaching Certification from Seattle Life Coach Training. Kelly has recently relocated to Fairfax, CA to be part of the LaL team with her husband and two daughters. She is an adventure enthusiast who can be found hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding or boxing in her free time and is looking forward to learning to surf in the Bay area.
