Laura has worked as an Executive Coach at Learning as Leadership since 1994, helping leaders transform their teams into high performance cultures built on trust and collaboration. She has worked with a wide variety of corporate and government clients such as Shell Oil, NASA, Sandia National Labs and the Navy. Prior to her work at LaL, she ran a consulting firm during the Silicon Valley dot.com boom era. Laura received her B.A. in Marketing from Syracuse University. In her spare time Laura writes a blog and speaks about our fallible human journey on this planet. She has been a keynote speaker at the ARMA conference, San Rafael Leadership Institute, San Rafael Women’s Commission and the Marin HR forum.
