Executive Coach

As an executive coach at Learning as Leadership, Nicolle is uniquely skilled to support her clients to identify what stands in the way of building their strengths and expanding their ability to positively impact the lives of those around them. Her experience and background have developed her capacity to listen and create safe spaces for clients to express themselves vulnerably and authentically and embark on that exploration. Leader development is her passion.

Prior to joining Learning as Leadership, Nicolle honorably served in the United States Army for twenty years as a behavioral health paraprofessional. She is a certified facilitator, resiliency trainer, substance-abuse counselor, and DEI professional. Her experience in leadership development has spanned fifteen-plus years and includes time as an executive coach to leaders in the United States Army Recruiting Command.

Before joining the Army, Nicolle was an attorney-investigator for the State of Oklahoma and an advisor for first-generation, college-bound students. Nicolle’s vast work experience, knowledge, and skills give her an extremely diverse and unique perspective on working with a variety of clients from divergent backgrounds.

Nicolle holds a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University and a BA in history from Oklahoma State University and is a registered mediator in the State of Georgia. Nicolle currently lives in Savannah, Georgia. If Nicolle had superpowers, they would be charisma and creating connection. Nicolle’s source of energy and excitement comes from dancing, practicing yoga, volunteering as a mediator, and reading (she never leaves home without her library card).
