Feedback Specialist
As an LaL 360º Feedback Specialist, Pin-ya Tseng uses her training and insight into social behavior to conduct interviews and synthesize feedback to help clients identify and understand their personal and professional strengths and areas for improvement. Pin-ya conducted research on the effects of interpersonal goals on feedback in close relationships under the guidance of Ohio Eminent Scholar in Social Psychology Jennifer Crocker at Ohio State University, which she presented at the Society of Personality and Social Psychology national conference. Pin-ya has also taught several introductory psychology courses at Ohio State, where she earned her M.A. in Social Psychology. She lives in Columbus, Ohio, and enjoys drawing, painting, and design in her free time.
