Feedback Specialist
Sheryl brings to her role as a 360º Feedback Specialist 20 years of deep expertise in assessment and consulting. She has served clients around the world, from Australia to Zimbabwe, startups to Fortune 50 corporations, spanning a wide variety of industries and sectors.
Prior to LaL, Sheryl worked in Organization Development and People Analytics at global consulting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Louis Allen Worldwide. Sheryl earned a BA from University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA and a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology, both from Claremont Graduate University.
Sheryl is passionate about education and has volunteered on boards from preschool to higher education. She lives in Menlo Park, CA and enjoys spending time with friends and her husband Eric Ball and their two sons.
