Office Coordinator
Tamara is the office coordinator of Learning as Leadership. Tamara’s day-to-day activities include coordinating coaches’ calls and WeLead seminars in addition to a myriad of other projects that crop up every day. Before coming to LaL, Tamara practiced for several decades as a mediator and facilitator with focus in the areas of finance, environment and contracts.
Tamara has two degrees in environmental sciences and natural resource management as well as hundreds of hours of advanced training in the arenas of mediation and facilitation. Her work expanded to training attorneys and judges, entire organizations and agencies and communities. In addition, she designed dispute resolution systems for businesses and communities who were experiencing intractable conflict. Tamara is passionate about keeping our food source healthy and sustainable as well as welcoming new immigrant/refugee populations to our communities.
