As an Executive Coach and Culture Change Partner at LaL, Tara has a passion for supporting clients in being the best versions of themselves, staying connected and committed to their personal and professional goals and building healthy, generative companies and communities.
Prior to joining LaL, Tara served as a consultant for Cambridge Leadership Associates (CLA) where she designed and delivered high impact leadership development programs for organizations spanning the private, non-profit and public sectors, including Microsoft, Acumen, Harvard Medical School, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Department of Health and Human Services.
Before entering the world of leadership and organizational development, Tara was a consultant and research analyst at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. In addition, Tara has worked as an oncology social worker within the University Pennsylvania Health System and as a consultant to KIPP Philadelphia Schools. Tara’s varied work experience affords her a dynamic perspective and appreciation for the unique challenges of each client.
Tara holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Penn’s School of Social Policy and Practice, and a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame. Tara loves all things active — most especially skiing, soccer, volleyball, yoga and running — and will never turn down an opportunity to travel.
