As a Spark and WeLead facilitator at Learning as Leadership, Tiffany is committed to helping companies create innovative, forward-thinking, supportive environments that encourage employees to take risks in their communications and to develop the confidence to become the best versions of themselves every day. Her dedication to delivering LaL’s programs comes from witnessing how clients learn to show up as their most authentic, creative, impactful selves and from experiencing the power of being on a self-development journey together with their colleagues.
Tiffany is also the Head of People & Culture, North America, at Hotwire. Previously she ran her own human-capital management consulting company and served as the Vice President of Organizational Development of a medium-sized company for five years. Over the past two decades, she has developed curriculums, facilitated countless sessions, and worked in different capacities in the people-development industry. Tiffany’s calling is teaching companies to use each person’s talents in a smart way, creating a strong team that works in synergy to meet cohesive goals.
At the beginning of her career, Tiffany worked a master trainer for Les Mills after graduating from the University of Missouri. Drive is hardly unfamiliar for Tiffany, who grew up on a Kansas farm, an experience that not only established her work ethic but also taught her to be fearless.
Tiffany’s passion for the LaL tools comes from her first-hand experience of the impact they had on her as well as her on daughter, who also attended the LaL programs. Tiffany knows that the benefits of this work can go far beyond the professional realm.
Tiffany loves exercising, traveling to new countries and spending quality time with her French bulldog, Gigi.
