Launching our latest book: The Bumpy Road to Collaboration!

A lot of you have heard me — over the last ten years — talking about my process to express my creativity and write a book.

I am thrilled to announce that my first published book The Bumpy Road to Collaboration is finally out!

It has been my BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) to overcome my limiting beliefs and fears — my ego — about writing and drawing. It’s been a challenging, fulfilling and rewarding path. I’m not done with my ego but I’m done with the book! I hope it will inspire you for your own BHAG.

The Bumpy Road to Collaboration is a full-color illustrated book about how our egos’ hot buttons get in the way of authentic collaboration. It’s a tribute to my 22 years (and plus) of work with Learning as Leadership. A lot of the concepts and ideas come from the LaL methodology, with my own twist in humorous cartoon format.

I’d love to hear your reactions to the book. I encourage you to comment here on the LaL blog, on my new website, or, best of all, in a review on Amazon.

The Bumpy Road to Collaboration is also a meaningful holiday gift for the executive who has everything, your friends, family members and all those colleagues that you would love to transform! You can buy it on Amazon (Kindle for $9.99 or in trade paperback for $28.50) or on iBooks (epub digital format for non-Kindle devices at $9.99).

We launched the book at our last Shared Mastery workshop, our seminar that focuses on collaboration and team-building. It was a funny and heartfelt time of celebration. The Learning as Leadership community is an amazing community. I hope this book will continue to support and expand our connections. Thanks for your trust and support.

Warmly,

Carole
